Abstract:
To provide a coil substrate in which resistance voltage is ensured and with which a motor having stable performance can be obtained, a motor coil substrate which is formed with the coil substrate, and a motor which is formed with the motor coil substrate.SOLUTION: A coil substrate according to an embodiment includes: a flexible substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a coil formed of a coil-shaped wire disposed on the first surface and a coil-shaped wire disposed on the second surface. An inter-wire distance of the wire on the first surface is greater than an inter-wire distance of the wire on the second surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
