To perform miniaturization by enabling fetch and delivery of coins in a narrow space and to surely fetch the coins.

The coin fetching and delivering device comprises: a coin batch tray 61 capable of temporarily storing the fed coins in an erected state; a rotary board 63 rotatable around an axis inclined to a horizontal direction and provided with a fetching hole 63a capable of fetching the coins stored in the coin batch tray 61 from one side face side where a horizontal angle is an obtuse angle of both side faces in the state that a coin thickness direction is in an axial direction; and a base member 62 arranged along the other side face where the horizontal angle is an acute angle of both side faces of the rotary board 63 and provided with a delivery port 62b enabling the delivery of the coins fetched to the fetching hole 63a to the other side face side of the rotary board 63 by closing the fetching hole 63a from the other side face side. Then, an opposing surface facing one side face of the rotary board 63 in the coin batch tray 61 is inclined in the direction of the side of the rotary board 63 to a vertical direction.
