This coin delivery system has: a conveyance body 6 which includes a projection 6a and conveys the coins A by pushing them one by one by the projection; a delivery cam 2 which includes an inhibition part which dams the head coin in front of the conveyance body and an extrusion part which extrudes the head coin to the conveyance body to delivery the coins to the conveyance body; a motor which drives the delivery cam by rotation; a payment delivery part 1 which separates the coins thrown into a coin payment port 11 into one by one to be delivered to the delivery cam; a projection position detection means 7 for detecting a position of the projection of the conveyance body; a cam position detection means 5 for detecting a position of a specific part of the delivery cam; and a control part which controls operation timing of the delivery cam by the motor based on a detection signal from the projection position detection means and a detection signal from the cam position detection means.
