A server 10 stores the result electronic delivery data 20 inputted to the server 10 by an input device 1 in a file management part 3. Also, the case information 21 of the result electronic delivery data 20 is managed by the case information management part 2 of the server 10, a case information tree 41 is prepared on the basis of interrelation of each case by the case information tree preparation part 4 of the server 10, and the history information 61 of the case including the updating history of drawings is prepared by referring to the case information tree 41 by the history information preparation part 6 of the server 10. By using the case information tree 41 and the history information 61, the latest drawing is outputted to a viewer 5.
