Abstract:
To provide a coin handling device capable of reliably breaking down coins locally accumulated in a receiving section.
A coin handling device 10 comprises: a conveyance unit 16 that conveys coins; and a storage unit 20 that stores coins which are conveyed from the conveyance unit 16 and feeds out the stored coins to the conveyance unit 16. A control unit 40 provide to the coin handling device 10 is adapted so as, when a predetermined condition is satisfied at the storage unit 20, to control to perform the feeding-out operation, in which coins are fed out from the storage unit 20 to the conveyance unit 16 and the fed out coins are conveyed by the conveyance unit 16 to return the coins into the storage unit 20 from which the coins are fed out.
