Title:
COIN AND MEDAL INSERTION MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06203251
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable plural medals to be inserted together with simple, small- sized, and inexpensive constitution by holding and vibrating coins and medals which are manually arrayed.

CONSTITUTION: Four coins 1a-1d which are manually arrayed in a contact stack state are manually placed in a linear groove 3a formed in a lower-half semicircular section shape in the top surface of a coin array member 2, and stored in the linear groove 3 so that their peripheral surfaces abut on the peripheral surface of the linear groove 3. In this case, a solenoid 6 drives and vibrates the coin array member 2 as shown by an arrow 9, i.e., in the extension direction of the linear groove 3 through a connection projection 8 which is formed on the coin array member 2 adjacently to a coin pressure part 4 and connected to a solenoid plunger 7. The coins 1a-1d vibrate and the end surfaces separate momentarily; and the coin 1a and coin 1b leave each other and the coin 1a falls through a slit 5.
