PURPOSE: To easily attain coin collecting work without executing troublesome work for sending coins stored in a coin mechanism to a change receiver opposed to a coin return port as changes at the time of vending a commodity, and at the time of collecting coins, collecting coins discharged to the change receiver to a collecting box.

CONSTITUTION: An aperture part 31 is formed on the bottom plate of a change receiver 3 and a cover 32 capable of opening/closing the aperture part 31 and energized in the closing direction by a spring 33 is provided. A collecting box 4 is arranged on the lower part of the aperture part 31 so as to be attached/ detached. Normally the cover 32 closes the aperture part 31 and a coin 10 paid out from the coin mechanism 2 as a change is stopped on the change receiver 3 and taken out from a coin return port 3a. In the case of collecting a coin, the cover 32 is drawn and the aperture part 31 is opened, the coin 10 paid out from the coin mechanism 2 is collected to the collecting box 4 through the change receiver 3 as it is. Thereby coin collecting work can extremely easily be executed within a short time.
