To obtain a cold coffee beverage capable of adjusting concentration of coffee while drinking without becoming watery even with the passage of time.
This coffee beverage is obtained by mixing many coffee ice lamps 2 obtained by freezing a concentrated coffee extract with liquid cow milk 4. Since the coffee beverage is drunk while dissolving coffee ice lamps 2, coffee can be tasted while adjusting to desired concentration and the coffee does not become watery as the conventional ice coffee becomes watery with the passage of time. It is not required to add sweetener such as syrup later because a coffee extract in which sweetener is mixed is frozen in order to form coffee ice lamps. Further, coffee ice lamps 2 are not made to float when cow milk 4 is charged to coffee ice lamps 2 by keeping the specific gravity of coffee ice lamps 2 so as to be larger than the specific gravity of cow milk 4. Therefore, the coffee beverage is readily miscible and readily drinkable.
