Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold forging method of a thin wall part and an explosion-proof valve for directly forming the thin wall part of a set thickness from a sufficiently thick original metal plate.SOLUTION: Respective blade side surfaces of upper-lower metal molds for shearing-processing the original metal plate are overlapped by a predetermined clearance δ, and a shearing surface is formed by leaving a set thickness t2 along the processing direction in the original metal plate on the respective blade side surfaces of the upper-lower metal molds, and the original metal plate is compressed up to processing-hardening in an overlapping part, and the thin wall part of a horizontal directional width δ and the set thickness t2 is formed between the shearing surfaces. The original metal plate on both sides of the thin wall part is not required to be pushed in both sides in processing for forming as the thin wall part by forming a rupture surface, and the thin wall part of the high compressive processing ratio can be formed by a light processing load.
