To provide an easy-to-handle cold insulation box for delivering articles requiring refrigeration from a delivery center to individual houses under cold insulated state without imposing any burden to the battery of a delivery truck.

In the cold insulation box 1 being used for delivering articles requiring refrigeration, while carrying on a delivery truck 9, from a delivery center to individual houses, a portable thermal insulation container 2 for containing the articles being delivered is fixed with a Peltier element 3 as a cooling apparatus and a connector 5 being connected with an external power supply. The articles being delivered are contained in the cold insulation box 1 while being sorted for individual houses. At the time of delivery, the cold insulation boxes are loaded to a box holder 10 of rack structure equipped with a battery 11 and connected with the battery. The box holder is then carried onto the delivery truck 9 and the articles are delivered from the delivery center to individual houses while keeping cold insulating operation of the cold insulation box with the battery.
