Abstract:
To provide a cold transfer device provided with a transfer pump with no limits to temperature of cold transferred.
A bellows 10 is provided in a casing 22, and one end of it is tightly attached to a lid 23 of the casing 22. A suction port 25 to suck cold transfer medium and a discharge port 26 to discharge the cold transfer medium as it is pressurized are provided in the lid 23. These are provided with check valves. To the other end of the bellows 10, a bottom plate 24 is tightly attached. A drive shaft 27 that is reciprocated by a linear motor 29 is connected to the bottom plate 24. The bellows is formed of metal.
