Abstract:
To reduce heat loss of heat carrying medium in a bellows 24 caused by atmosphere between a casing 22 and the bellows 24.
A regenerator 25 is provided between a drive shaft 27 and the casing 22 through bearings 18. The regenerator 25 is formed by forming metal such as stainless steel and brass in the form of a mesh sheet or wool. A chamber in the casing 22 is parted to a room side space RB and a heat sink side space RA. Heat of the atmosphere flowing between these is accumulated and regenerated by the regenerator 25. Temperature change in the atmosphere in the heat sink side space RA is thus restricted, thereby heat loss of the heat carrying medium in the bellows 24 is reduced.
