Abstract:
A system and method for co-processing biomedical data of multiple centers without sharing patient data. The system comprises a cloud server used for coordinating various medical center model parameters and asynchronous computing, and a medical center client end used for carrying out local high-performance computing on data, wherein the cloud server comprises a parameter manager and a task scheduler. In the invention, a parameter sharing mechanism and an asynchronous communication mechanism are connected and managed by means of the parameter manager and the task scheduler of the cloud server and are jointly used in the coordinated computing of medical data of multiple centers. The invention securely isolates medical center data from the cloud server, fully protecting medical center patient data privacy. The invention also reduces the time needed for computation, and greatly increases analytical efficiency in respect of multi-center co-processing and improves data processing capabilities.
