Abstract:

To collect a physiologically active substance having a subscribed effect from mushrooms and/or yeasts, and further to obtain a preparation thereof.

This preparation is obtained by coating a physiologically active substance obtained by treating mushrooms, preferably at least one selected from a group of Cortinellus shiitake, Flammulina velutipes, Lyophyllum ulmarium, Pleurotus ostreatus, Grifola frondosa, Pholiota nameko, polypore, Ganoderma lucidum and Fomes yucatensis, and a yeast with a glycolytic enzyme, and extracting the treated product to collect the physiologically active substance, and a composition comprising the mushrooms or the yeast and the glycolytic enzyme, with a film of a soybean peptide and a shell-like resin material.
