PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting color shift caused by a lens shift operation is required in order to solve the problem that when the lens shift is performed, the optical path inside the lens is changed, and there is a case where the color shift is conspicuous in some cases, so that a method of simply eliminating this color shift has been desired.SOLUTION: The projection apparatus having a lens shift function has a timing correction value associated with a lens shift amount beforehand, determines a lens shift amount, and performs control to change the display timing according to the lens shift amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
