To provide a polymerizable-group-containing colorant monomer having high sensitivity, high resolution, and high transmission characteristics and having high heat fastness and high light fastness, to provide a curable composition containing the colorant monomer, to provide a color filter, and to provide a method for producing the color filter.
The colorant monomer is represented by formula (1) [wherein A is a residue of a five- or six-membered heterocyclic diazo component A-NH2; B1 is a nitrogen atom or =CR1-; B2 is a nitrogen atom or CR2=, provided that the case in which both B1 and B2 are nitrogen atoms is excluded; L is a divalent bonding group; n is an integer of 0 to 5: m is an integer of 1 or greater; and Z is any one of the substituents represented by formulae (2a) and (2b)]. In formula (2a), R21 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. In formula (2b), R22 is a substituent; and p is an integer of 0 to 4. * is a bonding position.
