To provide a colored cement molded article having an excellent color and inhibiting the generation of efforescence by using carbon black having hydrophilic groups in a large amount as a black coloring agent.

The colored cement molded article is obtained by adding and mixing carbon black having carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups on the surface of the carbon black in a total amount of ≥2 μeq/m2 as a black coloring agent to a cement component and then molding the mixture. The colored cement molded article is also obtained by covering the surface of a cement molded article with a black coating film containing carbon black having carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups on the surface of the carbon black in a total amount of ≥2 μeq/m2 as a black coloring agent.
