Abstract:
To provide a color filter having excellent color reproducibility, color separability and high transmittance, and a colored composition for a red color filter.
The colored composition contains C.I. Pigment Red 254 and C.I. Pigment Red 48:1 as red pigments and C.I. Pigment Yellow 139 as a yellow pigment, wherein a pigment blending ratio (wt.%) among C.I. Pigment Red 254, C.I. Pigment Red 48:1 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 139 is (5-70):(10-50):(3-50). The colored composition is used for red filter segments.
