To provide a colored mirror vividly colored with high coloring accuracy, and a method for manufacturing the colored mirror manufacturable in a short working time and at low costs by using simple equipment.

A reflection layer 20 made of an aluminum or silver deposition membrane, a coloring layer 21 made of a coloring pigment deposition membrane, and a transparent top coat layer (protective membrane) 22 are sequentially laminated on surfaces of base materials (18, 23), so as to form colored mirrors (16, 17). The colored mirrors (16, 17) are manufactured by continuously performing two steps for depositing the reflection layer 20 and the coloring layer 21, and a plasma-polymerizing step for forming the protective membrane 22 inside the same chamber 24, and the pigment is deposited by a resistance-heating deposition using a color pigment chip 26 and a filament heater 27.
