To improve the heat resistance of a coloring matter and realize a stable recording by a method wherein a coloring matter composition includes a vaporizable coloring matter and a heat decomposition inhibitor.
As a vaporizable coloring matter used, any coloring matter having arbitrary structure will do so far as a vaporazable coloring matter is concerned. As the coloring matter, various kinds of mathine-based coloring matter, azomethine-based coloring matter, azo-based coloring matter, quinophthalone-based coloring matter or the like is exampled. Further, the heat decomposition inhibitor of a coloring matter used can be selected from a group consisting of an antioxidant, a light stabilizer, the antiageing agent of rubber and the like. The usage of the heat decomposition inhibitor to the coloring matter is selected from the range of 0.1-200 wt.%. Not only one but also two or more kinds of the coloring matters and the heat decomposition inhibitors can be used in the form of a mixture. A coloring matter composition is obtained by mixing the coloring matter and the heat decomposition inhibitor. Thus, the heat decomposition resistance of the coloring matter is improved and a stable recording can be executed by a coloring matter vaporizing type heat recording method.
