Title:
COLORING MATTER MIXTURE, HEAT-SENSITIVE TRANSFER RECORDING MATERIAL USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR HEAT-SENSITIVE TRANSFER RECORDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08134369
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new coloring matter mixture useful as a black image recording material such as heat-sensitive transfer recording material or ink-jet recording material, having excellent light resistance and image forming properties, comprising two coloring matters having different light absorption peaks.

CONSTITUTION: This mixture comprises (A) a coloring matter of formula I (R1 is an O- or N-bonded substituent group or a halogen; R2 to R5 are each a substitutable group or R2 and R3 or R4 and R5 are mutually bonded to form rings) (e.g. a compound of formula II) having a light absorption peak at ≤570nm maximum absorption wavelength and (B) a coloring matter (e.g. compound of formula III) such as a pyridone-based coloring matter, an anthraquinone-based coloring matter or a pyrazolone-based coloring matter having a light absorption peak at 45-570 maximum absorption wavelength.
