Abstract:
To provide a columnar structure cutting device which has a simple structure, facilitates the setting thereof, and minimizes the occurrence of failures.
The cutting device 1 is formed of an endless wire saw 4, a wire saw driving means 5 for applying traveling power to the wire saw 4, a wire saw straining means 6 for applying tension to the wire saw 4, and a support frame 7 provided with a wire saw guiding means 8 for abutting the wire saw 4 on an existing pile 2 and supporting the wire saw in a movable manner. The support frame 7 is arranged in a manner enclosing the periphery of the existing pile 2, and has the wire saw driving means 5 and the wire saw straining means 6 mounted thereto.
