Abstract:
To more appropriately detect the cutting status of underground steel pipes.SOLUTION: A steel pipe cutting device 1 comprises a drive unit 2 including an electric motor 11 with a drive shaft attached in a fixed state to an underground steel pipe, and a rotation measuring unit 12 capable of measuring a rotation angle of the electric motor 11, a cutting processing unit 3 having a cutting body 20 disposed in a state of being inserted into the steel pipe 100, a cutting blade 27 capable of advancing and retreating in the radial direction of the steel pipe and pressing an inner wall of the steel pipe, a hydraulic mechanism 25 provided in the cutting body so that the pressing force of the cutting blade can be adjusted, and a cutting blade position detecting unit 30 capable of contacting the inner wall of the underground steel pipe and detecting the position of the cutting blade, and a detecting unit 4 for detecting a cutting state of the steel pipe based on a cutting amount of the cutting blade into the underground steel pipe detected by the cutting blade position detecting unit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
