Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination determination method of component housing tool which reduces the time and efforts of exchanging a plurality of component housing tools to be mounted together with a multiple-components supply device, while suppressing occurrence of a half-used component housing tool, and inefficient use for mounting only one component housing tool on the multiple-components supply device.SOLUTION: In a multiple-components supply device having a mounting section for mounting a component housing tool (component supply reel) removably, and a plurality of sets of component supply mechanisms for sequentially supplying components from the component housing tool to a component supply position, a method for determining the mounting combination of a plurality of component housing tools mounted together determines a substrate production possible number (a) by dividing the component housing number n by a use number m mounted on one substrate, based on the types A-D of housed components for each component housing tool, and determines a combination of component housing tools, where the substrate production possible numbers (a) are equal to each other, as the mounting combination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
