Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make use easy to enable to effectively process the albumen or cream, by making the hub of a knife edge attachable to a rotation shaft to make a means in a bowl beat up the albumen or whip cream by the action of the knife. CONSTITUTION: A knife edge attachment 38 constituted of a hub 40 equipped with a blade element 42 composed of a pair of thin sharp blade separated at 180 deg. and mutually vertically distant for about 1cm is placed on a rotatable shaft. A reverse-rotatable disc 44 is placed upside a knife edge 38. A disc insert support 46 is provided for various inserts 48 and each insert has different cutting edge to achieve different action. When this food processor is turned on and beating up cream or the albumen is started, an attachment 38 wanders vertically and inward in the radius direction so as to produce a large quantity of cooked product in a minimum time, and stops a centrifugal flow. Action of the attachment is whipping, beating up, or stirring and additionally makes this processor alternate with an ordinary mixer.
