PURPOSE: To rotate a second shaft for turning a turntable and a first shaft for turning blades in a vessel each at a speed suited to their specific uses by setting the two shafts coaxially and providing each shaft with a separate drive device.

CONSTITUTION: In the drive unit 8, a turntable 20 for a mount base and a kneading pan 21 as a vessel are detachably mounted. When high frequency heating or heater-heating is applied, a rotary shaft 23 is mounted in a turntable- kneader drive unit 8 by fitting a joining protrusion 24 in the shaft 23 into a groove in the top of a second shaft 18. When dough is kneaded for baking, the joint 30 of a rotary shaft 28 is joined with the joint 13 of a first shaft 12 by fitting protrusions on the top of a bearing case 11 into corresponding holes 31 in a bearing case 25 so that a kneading pan 21 can be mounted in place in the heating chamber 2. The first shaft 12 and the second shaft 18 do not act unfavorably upon each other's performance.
