Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily produce and work a core, to relax stress concentration on a core supporting part and to improve strength reliability.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting hole 16 is formed on the side of the core 12, a supporting pin 13 is pierced and arranged in a state with both ends thereof projected outward on the supporting hole 16 and both ends 13a of the pin 13 are supported on supporting stepped parts 23 of the inside of a holding hole 21 of a die 14 for holding the core, by which the core 12 is made into male die structure held on the die 14 for holding.
