Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer a combined infection molding method by which on infection- molded part with a high market value can be produced without a hesitation mark on a skin layer of the molded part.
CONSTITUTION: In a combined injection molding method wherein a core molding material (J2) is injected after a skin layer material (J1) is injected, the skin layer material (J1) is continuously injected during the whole injection process (t0 → I8) and the core molding material (J2) is infected parallel for a specified period (t3 → t6) on the course of the whole process.
