Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus for extruding a molded form of an injection molding machine which can prevent impact sound due to an extrusion pin while shortening a time of a molding cycle.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for extruding a molded form of an injection molding machine comprises extrusion points 2, 2 to be telescoped in a mold cavity 11 of a mold 10 of the machine to release the form from the cavity 11, eject means 5 having a spring 4 mechanism for holding the pins 2, 2 in a submerged state, an ejector rod 7 for telescoping the pins 2, 2 by reciprocating in contact with the rear end of the means 5, and an extruding cylinder 6 for reciprocatingly holding the rod 7. The apparatus 1 of the machine also has a hydraulic circuit 8 connecting to the cylinder 6 to allow the rod 7 to protrude from the cylinder 6 or to be retracted into the cylinder, and a flow rate controller 87 provided in the circuit 8 to decelerate a retracting speed when the rod 6 is retracted to a specified position.
