This combined power generation plant has the closed air cooling gas turbine recovering cooled air to a combustor as combustion air by using the air boosted by a boost compressor 32 by cooling delivery air of a compressor 1 by the precooler 31 as a cooling medium cooling a gas turbine high temperature part, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 9 generating steam by exhaust gas of this gas turbine, and a steam turbine converting the steam generated by this exhaust heat recovery boiler into motive power; and has a plurality of heat exchangers respectively different in the temperature of the cooling medium as the precooler 31 of the air cooling gas turbine; and is formed so that a refrigerant having the high temperature is supplied to the precooler upstream side heat exchanger, and is recovered to a high temperature portion.
