Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an accurate signal indicating whether a device is in a normal combustion state by a method wherein from a voltage generated by a producing means through opening and closing of a normally-opening type contact and whether flame is detected, it is detected that whether the device is in a normal state.
SOLUTION: By establishing a current circuit between a resistor R and an exciting coil 120, when pseudo ignition trial is generated, a first control means 14 suppresses charging of a capacitor means 13, and controls that a fuel valve is suppressed from opening. When a pseudo flame is generated, charging of the capacitor means 13 is suppressed and control is effected such that a fuel valve is suppressed from opening. By comparing an input voltage, corresponding to opening and closing of a normally-opening type contact, a producing means 16 detects whether a relay is excited. This constitution generates an accurate signal indicating whether a device is in a normal combustion state.
