Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a style of external appearance by setting a front part lower glass flush with a door outer panel to the utmost.
CONSTITUTION: Front part upper/lower glasses 4a, 4b are arranged to the front of a rear part glass 3 opened/closed in a vertical direction, and the front part lower glass 4b is positioned lower than a belt line BL. The front part upper glass 4a is positioned almost equal in a car width direction to the rear part glass 3, but the front part lower glass 4b is set almost flush with an outer panel 10. When the front part lower glass 4b is positioned in the inner side of a car body from the outer panel 10, a tilt surface for smoothly continuing the front part lower glass 4b to the outer panel 10 is formed by using a trim material or the like or the front part lower glass 4b is coated with a cover member flush with the outer panel 10 further with capability of seeing through.
