A store controller 10 is formed in such a way that the controller 10 can periodically request a data base server 20 for connection and, after the controller 10 is connected to the server 20, can perform access to a data base 21 after the controller. In addition, the controller 20 can restart the server 20 when the access to the data base 21 is failed and, moreover, a set maintenance condition is materialized.
