To provide a common house structure for cold districts preventing freezing of an eaves edge part of a highly airtight and heat insulating living space by exhaust heat of heating by a heating device, and to provide a heating system for the common house structure for cold districts securing a detailed heating temperature for each space per purpose of the living space.
A housing space 22 for housing a heat exchanger 23 is formed above a heat insulating ceiling part 9 and/or ceiling material 6 of the highly airtight and heat insulating living space, and a space 25 above the eaves is formed, communicated with the housing space 22 via an air feed duct 24 from the heat exchanger 23. The heating temperature that is proper for each purpose is secured for each space per purpose of the living space by a hot air amount setting apparatus 20.
