Title:

Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007266756
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To omit extra labor for searching a communication apparatus in emergency by attaching the communication apparatus to a human body and performing emergency origination by utilizing variation in pulse rate or temperature under state of extreme tension.

The communication apparatus comprises a pulse measuring section 1 and a temperature measuring section 2 as sections for measuring the state of body function, a GPS (Global Positioning System) information receiving section 3, a memory 4, a threshold judging section 5, a transmission data creating section 6, and an originating section 7. A wireless communication apparatus having a function for monitoring pulse rate, temperature, and the like, periodically is attached to the body, e.g. an arm or a leg, and when these physiological functions deviate from a range of normal value, the occurrence of emergency is broadcasted to all portable telephones existing in the vicinity. When positional information of a source is notified by map display, or the like, using GPS, a rescue measure can be taken quickly.
