To ensure data quality of streaming data transmitted from a mobile body even in a situation where line quality is difficult to predict.SOLUTION: A communication device installed on a mobile body is capable of communicating with an external device via a plurality of communication lines. The communication device includes a controller that transmits streaming data to the external device via at least one of the plurality of communication lines. The controller determines whether the prediction accuracy of the line quality of each of the plurality of communication lines at a mobile body location satisfies an acceptable condition. When the prediction accuracy of the line quality at the mobile body location does not satisfy the acceptance condition, the controller transmits the same packet of the streaming data via the plurality of communication lines at the mobile body location to the external device in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
