Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management system, a communication management method, and a program which allow for using an application even by a communication terminal where a use of an application is restricted.SOLUTION: When a user inserts to a terminal 10ac a medium having his or her usable information stored therein, the terminal reads the usable information from the medium S11. Then, the terminal transmits an application ID indicated by the usable information to a management system 50 S12. In response to this, the management system 50 receives from the terminal the application ID of an application usable by the terminal, reads URL information of first visual information and that of execution image data corresponding to the application ID in an application image management table S13, and transmits them to a terminal of a transmission source S14.
