Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the grasp of a communication amount, targeted to all communication flowing through a network, with desired granularity, while suppressing an increased CPU load of a switch for user data communication.SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a communication switch 61; and a recording switch 62 which, according to a flow entry held in the self-switch, records a flow-by-flow communication amount of each copy packet received from the communication switch 61. Flow entry set means 71 sets a flow entry for recording a communication amount, to the recording switch 62, in such a manner that a match condition covers all address values in the address information of all communication layers, in a set of flow entries, located on a copy packet route, to be set to the recording switch 62. Communication amount collection means 72 collects a flow entry communication amount held in the recording switch 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
