PURPOSE: To improve the communication efficiency by sending a digital data corresponding to one pattern of a display device on an on-vehicle equipment from an equipment on road having a radio communication area spot near a road at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: The system consists of a sender side equipment comprising a host computer and an equipment 2 on road and of a receiver side equipment comprising an on-vehicle equipment 3 and a display device 4, a radio wave sent from the equipment 2 on road is received by an antenna 31, demodulated by a reception circuit 32 and a demodulation circuit 33. Then a transmission data, that is, an address 35 and a picture block data 36 are transferred to a display device 4 via a microcomputer control circuit 34. Thus, the picture information service from a small communication area is offered by using digital communication in this way to improve the communication efficiency.
