Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in the case where a relay device such as a router performs control such as band control for an address allocated to a user from an address pool, there is a possibility that the address is given out to another user who control should not be imposed on in the state of the address staying a control object.SOLUTION: A communication system determines if communication at an address of a control object has ended by the presence or absence of path information.
