In a community management system comprising a user terminal for a user to use a community through a communication network and a community server for creating and managing a community according to a request from the user terminal, the community server has an authentication means for authenticating a user using the user terminal, a community management means for generating a screen for creating or managing a community by the authority of user information acquired by the authentication means to display the screen on the user terminal, a member management means for managing a member belonging to the community created by the community management means, and an accumulation means for accumulating various information acquired by the community management means and the member management means, thus solving the problem.
