Abstract:
To provide a compact power-saving device and a power receiving method using the device by which the input voltage of load circuits can be dropped corresponding to power supply voltage and the electric power be saved because of its high efficiency.
This device is provided with a transformer 18 for single-phase power supply, and it allows a primary input voltage of the transformer 18 to be matched with a commercial power voltage in each area, and then it drops the voltage to a voltage to operate an electrical apparatus at 90 to 95% of a service voltage as a reference of the electrical apparatus that the secondary output voltage of the transformer 18 becomes a load, and suppresses its power consumption as much as possible.
