Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a flow rate and pressure in real time during filling of mortar of low slump as a material, in execution of recently developed compaction grouting, and executing the compaction grouting as designed, via a remote control operation of a filling pump.
SOLUTION: A pressure detecting meter 49 and a flow rate detecting meter 50 are arranged in a filling hose 31 at predetermined mid points thereof. Data of the meters are displayed on a view recorder 47 as a recording apparatus in real time, which data are supplied via a floppy disk 59 to a personal computer 56, and the computer 56 executes quick-responsive real-time operation to a filling pump 44 by remote control, to thereby carry out filling of soil mortar in the ground as designed. Further, pressure loss in a filling rod 4 is corrected at the time of filling via correction data obtained by actual measuring, whereby compaction grouting which is correct as designed can be carried out as designed at low cost and with high accuracy.
