To join the different kinds of metals without developing an alloy layer lowering the joined strength at a joined part by forming an intermediate layer composed of the same kind or the same series material with a low melting point metal between a high melting point metal and the low melting point metal and executing a die casting.
The joined strength between the high melting point metal and the low melting point metal is made to ≥50 MPa and the thickness of the whole body is made to ≥2 mm. After integrating the intermediate layer material composed of the same or the same series material with the low melting point metal on a necessary surface of the high melting point metal with a cold press- contacting method or a plating method, the low melting point metal is integrated with the high melting point metal by using the die casting method. The high melting point metal is either one among Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb, Mo, W, Ag, Au, Pt and alloy consisting essentially of respective elements. The low melting point metal is either one among Al, Ti, Zn, Cu, Ag, Au, Pb, Sn, In and the alloy consisting essentially of the respective elements.
