The component arrangement device comprises a frame 11, an arranged component temporary holding device(shaft bar lifting mechanism) 19 including a temporary holding means(shaft bar) 12 of an arranged component attached to the frame 11 so as to be lifted via a rotary means(a direct-acting bearing 14a and a rotary bearing 15) and a first power transmission means 17 for connection to the rotary means, and a base 41 including a second power transmission means 42 engaging with the first power transmission means 17 and supporting the frame 11 detachably.
