Abstract:
To adequately detect external force applied on a movable part of an actuator, and enable assembly work of fitting a first component to a second component based on the external force.SOLUTION: A component fitting device includes: an actuator 1 having a fixed part 101 and a movable part 102; an acceleration detection part 8 which detects acceleration of the fixed part 101; a position detection part 6 which detects a position of the movable part 102 with respect to the fixed part 101; a gain adjustment part 10 which adjusts a gain to a difference between the position detected by the position detection part 6 and a reference position Pr; an external force detection part 15 which detects external force F applied on the movable part 102 based on the acceleration detected by the acceleration detection part 8 and the gain adjusted by the gain adjustment part 10; and a work control part 5 which drives the actuator 1 based on the external force F detected by the external force detection part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
