The two parallel optical branching wiring component leads in an optical fiber care wire from the input and leads out a tape core wire comprising a plurality of single wires. The wiring component comprises a tape core wine double layer arrangement (A) for juxtaposing two coated optical fibers comprising a plurality of single optical fibers extended from respective output ends of the optical branching component by juxtaposing the two optical branching component, a coated optical fiber recombination (B) for separating the two coated optical fiber tape into the single optical fibers and converting arrangement of the single optical fibers, a coated optical fiber rearrangement (C) for covering the arrangement converted coated optical fiber by a coated material, and a coated optical fiber arrangement branching (D) branched from the coated optical fiber arrangement by making the single optical fiber extended from one optical branching component and the single optical fiber extended from the other branching component a pair.
