Abstract:

To efficiently produce a resin component into a magnesium material.

A magnesium material 2 is immersed into an electrolyte, and voltage is applied thereto to form an anodic oxide film 3 on one side 2A of the magnesium material 2, and a resin component 4 is joined to the magnesium material 2 using the anodic oxide film 3 to produce a composite article 1. The electrolyte is formed by dissolving sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hydroxide into pure water. For example, the weight mixing ratio R1 between the sodium dihydrogen phosphate and the sodium hydroxide is controlled to 1:2≤R1<2:1 and voltage is controlled to 20 to 50 V.
