Abstract:
To provide a composite dielectric material that has both of a relatively high relative dielectric constant and a relatively high dielectric breakdown strength.SOLUTION: A composite dielectric material has a matrix composed of a polymer, and an inorganic filler dispersed in the matrix. The polymer is composed of polyvinylidene fluoride. The inorganic filler composed of organic montmorillonite. The composite dielectric material contains the inorganic filler of more than 0 mass% to less than 10 mass%, with the balance being the PVDF and inevitable impurities. The composite dielectric material includes oriented fillers in a ratio of more than 0.8 to 1.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
