Abstract:

To increase a productivity, facilitate a method of refining, and reduce the boundary resistance of a high polymer solid electrolyte.

This method of manufacturing a composite electrode for lithium secondary battery comprises the steps of, after dissipating the reactivity of a metal oxide as a main active material with polyaniline solution, the material of the high polymer solid electrolyte, and block agent by using isocyanate group as a mask and adding an isocyanate compound of three functions or more to form paste and coating a collector with the paste, heating the collector at the dissociation temperature of the block agent or below, manufacturing a high polymer electrolyte sheet 4 by forming after adding organic solution, the material of the high polymer solid electrolyte, and isocyanate compound to the electrolyte, and heat-treating at a temperature where the isocyanate activated by dissociation and unconverted polyethylene glycol after sticking the high polymer solid electrolyte sheet 4 to the positive electrode 3.
